Claire's Charms & Gifts started business in 2012 making wine glass charms in a variety of themes/colours and has now expanded their range to include keyrings, jewellery, bookmarks, glasses to name a few. Always creating new and exciting items to offer customers whether they are looking for an individual gift or favours for a special occasion.

Placing an order
This couldnt be easier, simply browse through our shop and add items to your basket, then once you have finished click on 'Basket' or 'Checkout'
You will be asked to fill in your details, i.e name, address, email, etc, and proceed to payment via PayPal.
Orders can be placed using our shop 24/7
Order confirmations will be sent to the email address provided. If this does not appear in your inbox please it may have gone into your spam/jumk folder.
Personalised Items - please ensure correct details have been entered for personalised items, as orders will be made using this information.
Please note we have a minimum order value of £5.00
Leadtimes / Despatch
Majority of our items are handmade, and made upon receipt of order/payment.
We aim to despatch all orders within 5-7 working days
Orders will be despatched via royal mail or courier subject to total weight/value
Despatch confirmation email will be sent to the address provided
Postal charges will be automatically applied subject to total weight. Orders over £100 will be sent free of charge.
Payments are requested via PayPal only. You do not require an account to use PayPal as there is an option to use a credit/debit card to pay for your order
Paypal is regarded as one of the most trusted online payment methods worldwide. Card details are encrypted and dealt with by PayPal only
No card details will be accessible at Claire's Charms & Gifts
Payment confirmation email will be sent to customers email address they provide PayPal when making their payment, and not via Claire's Charms & Gifts
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 2 working days from receipt.
Items that are returned must be in there original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. (personalised item are not refundable unless an error has been made by Claire's Charms & Gifts)
We will issue a full refund within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods (please note shipping and return postage costs will not be refunded).
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
It is recommended to use a recorded method to return goods to minimise the risk of the refunded item not being returned safely and for your own proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
